The Truth Within

Many people, especially ignorant people, want to punish you for speaking the truth, for being correct, for being you.

Never apologize for being correct, or for being years ahead of your time.

If you’re right and you know it, speak your mind. Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is still the truth.

I first want to thank the pioneers for showing me the way and giving me confidence to join this movement of helping people overcome their digestive conditions like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis using natural effective alternative treatments.

I also need to thank the many individuals who have had the courage to try something different and report back to the world what they have found.

You are the pioneers in this largely uncharted world of empowered patients and empowered parents of patients, taking health matters into your own hands.

You all knew that the truth was out there, you risked not only your safety, but your reputation in the world, and relationships within your family to go off the beaten path.

In the quote above, Ghandi speaks about truth. What is the truth? I believe that Inflammatory Bowel Diseases are not incurable conditions. It may seem like it, but our bodies and minds are capable of profound change. We shed thousands of skin cells daily and they regrow. Our intestines regrow their cells within 5 to 7 days.

We just need to be ready for that change, that transformation towards health.

We often wait for large studies to be done, hoping it will elucidate the truth for all. But that will never happen because the truth exists within you, not within studies of people who aren’t you.

If you are ready for the journey to find your personal truth, then you can read about the 5-R framework which helps you custom tailor your healing plan by Removing, Replacing, Reinnoculating, Repairing and Reconnecting your way to health.
